The 7dayz platform is intended for adults aged 18 and above only. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that your use is lawful under the applicable regulations in your jurisdiction.
To use 7dayz services, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, and valid contact details. You are solely responsible for keeping your account information current. 7dayz reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for compliance purposes.
Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 7dayz account password and login credentials. You must notify us immediately through our support channels if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation.
7dayz will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own failure to protect your login credentials. Do not share your password with any third party.
7dayz users are strictly prohibited from: (a) using the platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes; (b) attempting to access our systems or databases without authorisation; (c) using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or disrupt the service; (d) modifying, copying, or distributing platform content without written consent; (e) providing false or misleading information during registration or platform use. Violation of any of these rules may result in account suspension or termination without notice.
All transactions on the 7dayz platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). We support a range of local payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, and approved e-wallets. You are responsible for ensuring that any bank account or e-wallet used belongs to you and that you are authorised to use it.
Deposits will be credited to your account upon successful payment confirmation. Processing times vary depending on your chosen payment method and are typically completed within the timeframe indicated during the deposit process. 7dayz is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal requests will be processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered under the same user's name. 7dayz reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal for security and compliance purposes. All applicable taxes on winnings are the sole responsibility of the user in accordance with prevailing Malaysian tax law.
7dayz provides this platform on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties as to accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. 7dayz is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions, technical errors, or data loss.
Under no circumstances shall 7dayz's total aggregate liability to any user exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.
7dayz reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering; failure to provide requested verification documents; or direction from a relevant authority. Where an account is closed due to fraud, the account balance may be forfeited in full.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the 7dayz support team. Any eligible balance will be refunded once all security checks have been completed.
All content on the 7dayz platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and interfaces — is the exclusive property of 7dayz or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, republish, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from 7dayz. Unauthorised commercial use of the 7dayz brand name or logo is strictly prohibited.
The 7dayz platform may contain links or integrations with third-party services such as payment processors. 7dayz is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and conditions.
7dayz reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically. These Terms are governed and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes relating to the use of the 7dayz platform should first be resolved through mutual negotiation before being referred to an appropriate legal forum.
